 500 g maderia cake mix
 280 ml water
 60 ml (4 tbsp) vegetable oil

Place water and oil into a mixing bowl then add the cake mix.

Blend together and mix to a smooth batter for 1 – 2 minutes using an electric whisk or 2-3 minutes using a hand whisk.

Place the batter into the greaseproof baking paper lined inner pot.

Place the lid on the cooker and close it. Move the pressure release valve to closed.

Select the Bake function. Use default cooking time 00:30.

When the cooking is finished, Press “Warm/Cancel” to cancel.

Leave the cake in the cooker for 5 minutes.

Perform Quick Release (refer to the user's manual) to release pressure.

Open the lid and remove the cake from the inner pot. Be careful, the pot is very hot!

Flip the cake over onto a cooling wire.
